Email enquiries
When you email us at hello@humanoidrobothire.co.uk, we receive the content of your email and your email address, along with any other information you choose to include. We use this to respond to your enquiry.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to respond to genuine business enquiries and, where relevant, to connect you with appropriate UK providers. You have the right to object to this processing.
Routing enquiries to providers
Where you have made an enquiry that we believe a specific UK provider can help with, we may share a summary of your enquiry with that provider. We will tell you before we do this and will not share your contact details without your agreement.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests, or your consent where we request it before sharing.
Analytics
This site may use standard server-side analytics or a privacy-preserving analytics tool to understand how pages are being used. No advertising or third-party tracking pixels are used. No cookies requiring consent are set by this site.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests in understanding site usage to improve our content.
How long we keep your data
Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we have an ongoing relationship that requires longer retention. Enquiry data that has not resulted in any provider introduction or follow-up is deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal obligations that prevent this).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. It does not place tracking cookies without your knowledge. Standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, referring page) are held for security and performance purposes and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. These logs fall under PECR as standard network operational data.
